Moving On

DATT2501 - Introduction to Animation Winter 2025 York University, Toronto

A short animation representing a theme of transformation or change. This animation explores social and psychological environmental changes by showcasing a short visual representation of grief. I wanted to take an ordinary place: the entrance of a home, and show how it can be an indicator of life changes, from moving into a new space, the passage of time shown through the changes made to the environment, and a final scene that indicates a loss in a family, one of the most challenging ways life moves on.
